This Privacy Policy explains how Xray Payment (“Xray Payment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our websites, merchant-services platform, marketing tools, and related applications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Xray Payment is a United States–based provider of merchant payment-processing services and business software, including our Discovery platform for merchants and sales partners. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@xraypayment.com or (888) 314-0104.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Your name, business name, email, phone number, mailing and business addresses, and the information you submit when you request a quote, apply for a merchant account, onboard as a sales partner, or contact us. Merchant applications may include business and beneficial-owner details required to underwrite and board a payment account.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services and measure marketing.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from payment processors, sponsor banks, credit and identity-verification providers, advertising platforms, and the social-media platforms you choose to connect (see Section 4).

3. How we use information

Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
Process merchant applications, underwrite, board, and service payment accounts;
Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
Send transactional messages and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time);
Measure and improve our marketing and website performance;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
Comply with legal, regulatory, card-network, and contractual obligations.

4. Connected social accounts and advertising platforms

Our platform includes optional marketing features that let you connect third-party accounts — such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and advertising platforms — so you can schedule and publish content or view campaign performance from within Xray Payment.

When you connect an account, you authorize us, through that platform’s official API, to receive a secure access token and limited account information (for example, the Pages or profiles you manage) needed to provide the feature. We use this information solely to:

Publish the posts you create and schedule, at your direction;
Show you the connected account’s name, pages, and posting status; and
Retrieve advertising metrics you ask us to display.

We do not post on your behalf without your action, we do not sell platform data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the features you enabled. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to make requests to the corresponding platform. You can disconnect an account at any time in Marketing → Social (or the relevant settings), which revokes our stored token; you may also revoke access from the platform’s own app settings. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy.

5. How we share information

We share information with: (a) service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, and support the Services; (b) payment processors, sponsor banks, and card networks as needed to provide payment services; (c) advertising and analytics providers, subject to their terms; (d) professional advisors; (e) authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security; and (f) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, and marketing attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business, legal, tax, and regulatory purposes. Merchant and transaction records may be retained for periods required by card networks, banking partners, and applicable law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@xraypayment.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message.

10. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your personal information, including any data obtained through a connected social account, at any time. To request deletion, email privacy@xraypayment.com from the address associated with your account, or follow the steps at xraypayment.com/data-deletion. We will verify your request and delete the applicable data, subject to information we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
